LCD garis
Pada tampilan layar terdapat garis hitam, jenis kerusakan ini terdapat pada hardware LCD. Solusi lakukan penggantian LCD.

LCD Blank
Pada tampilan layar tidak ada gambar ataupun tulisan sama sekali, umumnya terjadi pada ponsel clamshell atau ponsel lipat. Flexible merupakan penghubung antara mesin ponsel dan LCD. Jika terjadi kerusakan pada komponen ini maka LCD ponsel blank atau mati, bias disebabkan karena terkena air atau jatuh.

4. Untuk ponsel DCT-4 lakukan pemanasan pada IC emif atau ganti dengan yang baru.

Blank Putih pada LCD juga dibedakan menjadi 2 bagian :
1. Blank putih (ponsel rusak). Bisa disebabkan kareda rusak pada data/program ponsel, lakukan flashing ulang.
2. Blank Putih (ponsel normal). Bisa disebabkan jalur yang putus, bisa dilakukan jumper. Baca juga cara pengukuran dengan Avometer untuk mengetahui jalur yang putus.

Mengatasi Signal Ponsel Nokia

Bagian signal atau RF (Radio frequensi) pada ponsel terdiri dari 2 bagian besar, yaitu bagian penerima (RX) dan bagian Transmit (TX).

Kerusakan pada Bagian RX dibagi menjadi dua jenis :

1. Low RX

Ciri :
- Pada saat cari manual hanya dapat 1 atau 2 jaringan saja
- Biasanya proses searching tidak lebih dari 4 detik sudah tidak dapat jaringan.

Solusi : kerusakan biasanya belum sampai ke IC RF, maka bisa coba anda lakukan penggantian mulai dari switch antenna, coupler ataupun bagian antennanya.

2. No Rx

Ciri : Pada saat cari manual sama sekali tidak dapat jaringan operatornya.

solusi :
- Cek Output dari RF (RXi dan RXq) menggunakan oscilloscope, jika bagus maka kerusakan pasti pada IC Audio (Biasanya sudah digabung pada IC Power pada DCT4 dan WD2, dan Pada BB5 biasanya pada Rap3G).
- Cek tegangan kerja IC RF ; misalnya vr1,vr2,vr4,dst jika ada yang gak ada maka kerusakan pada IC Power, namun bisa juga tidak perlu mengganti IC Power namun kita ambilkan dari tegangan lain yang nilainya sama.
- Cek tegangan kerja vco jika tidak ada maka ganti IC Power atau ambilkan tegangan dari tegangan yang nilainya sama.
- cek keluaran VCO (Volt Control Osilator) normal apa tidak dengan menggunakan oscilloscope, jika tidak normal maka kerusakan pada VCO.
- Cek tegangan dari UPP yaitu Sdata, Ssena dan Sclock, jika tidak ada maka kerusakan pada CPU.
- Cek Keluaran crystal 26Mhz ada keluar 26Mhz / 38Mhz apa tidak menggunakan Frequensi Counter jika berkurang maka kerusakan pada crystal 26mhz/ 38Mhz

Kesimpulan No RX
Dapat disebabkan oleh :IC Power, IC RF, Crystal 26Mhz/38Mhz, VCO ataupun CPU.

Kerusakan bagian TX juaga dibagi menjadi 2 bagian :

1. Low TX
Ciri : Dapat signal tapi turun naik atau dapat signal tapi susah untuk telpon.

Solusi : Biasanya kerusakan paling sering terjadi pada IC PA (Power Amflifier) dan Switch Antenna

2. No TX

Ciri : Apabila dicari manual hanya mendapat 3 jaringan operator namun saat dipilih muncul keterangan "No Acces"

Solusi :
- Cek Keluaran TX (yaitu TXi dan TXq dari Ic audio (UEM/UPP), jika tidak ada maka kerusakan pada IC Audio.
- Cek Vr2 (Hanya tegangan ini yang digunakan).jika tidak ada ambilkan tegangan dari yang lain yang nilainya sama.
- Cek Coupler antara IC rf dan Pa
- Cek tegangan kerja IC PA.
- Cek IC PA
- Cek Switch Antenna

Kesimpulan No TX
Bisa disebabkan oleh IC Audio (UEM/Rap3g), IC Power, Coupler, IC PA, dan Switch Antenna.

Keterangan Error pada JAF

Beberapa hal mengenai keterangan error yang terjadi pada saat menggunakan Box flasher JAF

Server error 1

Setiap akan mulai jaf selalu akan memeriksa apakah ada software or firmware terbaru, tapi box tetap bisa digunakan, pesan ini akan muncul terus sampai kita update online.
* Solusinya : update online

6630 error sync the phone

Cek cable ada yang salah.
* Coba Ganti Kabel

Unknown cmd in flash file

File flash yang akan dipakai corupted.
* inlstall ulang file flash dan flash kembali

Hal yang sama untuk pembacaan error JAF dapat disimak pada tulisan dibawah ini :

mcuid AAAA : Ponsel tidak mau on atau signal TX line data terlalu tinggi setelah power dinyalakan(kerusakan pada CPU,TX line data kurang terkoneksi)

mcuid CCCC : Ponsel tidak dapat mengeluarkan signal pada TX line data setelah IC UEM melakukan reset(BSI line tidak terkoneksi dengan baik,check 3,3K resistor yang terdapat pada jalur BSI,atau UEM rusak)

mcuid DDDD : Ponsel tidak dapat mengeluarkan signal rendah TX line data setelah UEM direset(Mungkin UEM rusak atau JAF lama yang memiliki customer ID 85xxxxxx kapasitor dengan nilai 33 pico b/w mbus-ground harus dilepas)

mcuid EEEE : CPU tidak ada respon untuk reflash data

Error loading boot : Problem kurang dapat dipastikan bisa RAM rusak atau CPU yang rusak

Error loading loader : Problem kurang dapat dipastikan bisa RAM,CPU,atau Flash ic yang rusak

Error loading aditional loader : Bluetooth modul rusak(terutama pada Ic) .Untuk solusinya skip bluetooth disaat reflash ponsel

Error erase : IC Flash rusak atau bad connect

Error cmd20 : Ic Bluetooth rusak atau bad connect

Error cmd14 : flash chip problem or old jaf pcb until customer id 85xxxxxx must put a 33 pico capacitor b/w mbus-gnd
Ic Flash rusak atau bad connect atau JAF lama yang memiliki customer ID 85xxxxxx kapasitor dengan nilai 33 pico b/w mbus-ground harus dilepas.

Bila ponsel selalu tidak dapat masuk ke local mode ,silahkan dicheck 68K resistor yang terdapat di jalur BSI dan Ground (Kabel data).
